Dr. B. Amirtha Ganesh is an experienced Cardiologist with over two decades of dedicated service in clinical practice, medical education, and research. He is currently serving as Additional Professor & Head of the Department of Cardiology at AIIMS Mangalagiri, Andhra Pradesh.

His clinical expertise encompasses coronary, structural, congenital, and peripheral cardiovascular interventions, with a procedural experience exceeding 6,800 cases. He has played a significant role in establishing and developing comprehensive cardiology departments and has contributed to the development of DM Cardiology and allied healthcare programs.

Dr. Amirtha Ganesh is also a certified Lifestyle Physician, integrating lifestyle medicine principles into cardiology with a focus on preventive strategies, cardiovascular health, nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and rehabilitation.

He is actively involved in clinical research, national and international clinical trials, scholarly publications, academic teaching, and PhD supervision, with a commitment to evidence-based and ethical cardiac care.
