Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive for a field-based role. The candidate will be responsible for promoting services, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and supporting business growth through effective field marketing across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular field visits to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare centers
• Develop and maintain relationships with doctors and medical professionals
• Promote hospital services and generate patient referrals
• Execute marketing activities in assigned territories
• Track and report daily field activities and performance
• Identify new business opportunities and expand network

Eligibility Criteria:

• 0 to 5 years of experience in marketing / field work
• Male & Female candidates can apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have a valid Driving License and own a two-wheeler
• Willingness to travel across the above locations

Preferred Candidates:

• Experience as a Medical Representative or in Doctor Referral Marketing
• Candidates with Pharmacy / Healthcare background

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong networking and relationship-building ability
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Basic understanding of healthcare services (preferred)
