Dr. R.V. Sugi Subramaniam is a Senior Consultant in Gastrointestinal Surgery, HPB Surgery & Liver transplant. He is proactive and committed to excellence developed through a decade of schooling at acclaimed institutions such as Madras Medical College [MBBS], JIPMER [ M.S. General Surgery] and Government Stanley Medical College [M.Ch. Surgical Gastroenterology]. He is a recipient of Prof. N. Rangabashyam Gold Medal for securing University first rank in Surgical Gastroenterology. He did his Post doctoral fellowship in Liver Transplant & Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Surgery at Dr. Rela Institute and Medical Centre. He did his special training in pediatric liver transplant at National Centre for Child health & development at Tokyo, Japan. Published numerous articles in international and national journals and presented research at various international and national conferences and won many awards and accolades.
