Dr. R. Sathish Kumar is a distinguished Senior Consultant Radiologist with a passion for diagnostic imaging and patient care. Driven by his interest in radiodiagnosis, he further specialized in this field, obtaining a Post Graduate Diploma in Radiodiagnosis (DMRD) from RIMS Ranchi in May 2016, followed by a DNB in Radiodiagnosis from Billroth Hospitals, Chennai in June 2019.
Throughout his career, Dr. Sathish has exhibited a commitment to excellence in patient care and diagnostic accuracy. His dedication to staying abreast of the latest advancements in medical imaging technology underscores his commitment to providing the highest standard of care to his patients.
Dr. Sathish Kumar’s journey in the field of radiology began at Tirunelveli Medical College, where he gained invaluable experience in various aspects of medical practice from March 2014 to March 2015. Subsequently, he served as a Junior Resident in Radiodiagnosis at RIMS Ranchi from May 2016 to May 2018, honing his skills in diagnostic imaging techniques.
His professional journey continued as a Consultant Radiologist at Mehi Diagnostics, Deoghar, where he contributed his expertise from September 2018 to May 2019. Dr. Kumar then pursued further specialization as a Junior Resident in DNB Radiodiagnosis at Billroth Hospitals, Chennai, from June 2019 to August 2021, deepening his proficiency in various imaging modalities.
Driven by his passion for patient care and diagnostic excellence, Dr. Kumar returned to Mehi Diagnostics, Deoghar, as a Consultant Radiologist from November 2021 to August 2022, where he played a pivotal role in providing accurate diagnoses and contributing to patient management.
Dr. Sathish Kumar possesses a diverse skill set and expertise in a wide range of imaging modalities, including ultrasound, Doppler imaging, mammography, CT, and MRI. His comprehensive understanding of these modalities allows him to provide precise diagnoses and contribute effectively to patient care.
